Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Postlia, including our website, free tools, and the content scheduling and publishing product (collectively, the "Service"), operated under the domain postlia.com.

By creating an account, connecting a social account, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Postlia provides free social-media utilities (such as handle checkers, character counters, and other tools) and a paid product that lets you create, schedule, and publish posts to connected social platforms, including LinkedIn, Bluesky, X, Instagram, and TikTok.

We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We do our best to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the publishing product. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

When you connect a LinkedIn, Bluesky, X, Instagram, or TikTok account, you authorize Postlia to publish the content and media you explicitly create or schedule, and to retrieve the basic profile information needed to identify the connected account.

You confirm that you own or are authorized to manage each connected account, and that your use of those accounts through Postlia complies with the respective platform's own terms — including the LinkedIn, Bluesky, X, Meta Platform, and TikTok terms and community guidelines.

You can disconnect any account at any time from your settings, which deletes the stored credentials. You may also revoke access directly from the platform's own settings.

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or publish through the Service. You grant Postlia a limited license to store, process, and transmit that content solely to operate the Service and publish on your behalf.

You are solely responsible for the content you publish, including ensuring you have the rights to it and that it does not violate any law or any connected platform's policies.

You agree not to use the Service to publish spam, malware, illegal content, harassment, or content that infringes the rights of others.

You agree not to use the Service to violate the terms, rate limits, or automated-posting policies of any connected platform, and not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or that put our platform integrations at risk.

Our free tools (such as handle and username checkers) validate format and provide suggestions only. They do not query a platform's servers in real time and cannot confirm whether a name is actually registered, available, or free of trademark conflicts.

The free tools are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute legal or business advice. Always verify directly with the relevant platform before relying on a result.

Some features require a paid subscription. Pricing and plan details are shown on our pricing page and may change with notice. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the current billing period.

Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for failures, delays, or content-policy actions taken by connected platforms, including failed or rejected posts.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Postlia will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by emailing hello@postlia.com. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required to protect the Service or comply with platform requirements.

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
