Are the free tools really free forever?

Yes. All 25+ free social media tools (handle checkers, username generators, character counter, post preview, thread splitter, and the AI caption writer) are free with no time limit and no credit card required. Paid plans add multi-platform posting, scheduling, and the full AI content suite (A/B captions, bio optimizer, repurposer, and news digest).

What AI tools are free vs. paid?

The AI caption writer is free forever, no account needed. The full AI content suite (A/B captions, bio optimizer, content repurposer, and news digest) is included with any paid plan, with higher monthly limits on Pro.

What's the difference between Creator and Pro?

Creator covers one solo brand: one account per platform and 100 scheduled posts a month. Pro is for managing several brands or clients. It gives you unlimited accounts (including multiple accounts on the same platform), unlimited scheduled posts, 2 to 4 times higher AI limits, and advanced analytics.

Which platforms can I post to?

Seven are live today: LinkedIn, Bluesky, TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts, and Mastodon. X / Twitter is next.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel or switch plans anytime from Settings in one click. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period, and you can come back whenever.

Do you offer a trial for paid plans?

Yes. Every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Add a card, try the workflow end to end, and cancel anytime before the trial ends without being charged. The free tools stay free forever.

What counts as a 'post'?

One post = one piece of content published or scheduled. Posting the same content to 3 platforms simultaneously counts as 1 post, not 3.

What exactly happens during the 7-day trial?

You get the working product for 7 days: connect one account per platform, publish or schedule up to 100 posts, and use the full AI content suite at your plan's allowances. Your card isn't charged until day 8. If you're ready sooner, hit Skip trial to start your paid plan immediately. On Pro that also unlocks unlimited accounts, team seats and client review links.
